Office Administration and Communication
The office administration and communication received criticism from several reviewers. Shelby Girl mentioned that she left messages for the nurse but didn't receive a call back after five days. Keith Brunson had issues with the recording on the phone and could not get a live person on the line. Aiden Ferguson had a negative experience with the office manager, stating that communication was lacking and that the manager was in a rush to end their conversation.
Patient Experience
Some reviewers had negative experiences with the doctors and staff. Sherry McFarland felt that Dr. Griffith did not spend enough time with her and seemed disinterested in her issue. Olivia Leavitt had a bad experience with a mole removal procedure and received a surprise bill. She felt that the office was dishonest and would not recommend them.

On the other hand, some reviewers had excellent experiences with the office and staff.
