Poor Experience with Neighbors and Leasing Office
Both reviewers had a terrible experience living at this apartment complex. They encountered issues with noisy neighbors, barking dogs, and disruptive behavior. Despite reporting the problems to the leasing office, no effective action was taken to resolve the issues.
Noise and Disruptions
The first reviewer, Paige Evans, reported a neighbor's barking dog that kept her and her family awake at night. Despite recording evidence and reporting the issue, the leasing office failed to address the problem. The situation escalated when the neighbor became confrontational and hostile.
Lack of Enforcement and Bias
Both reviewers felt that the leasing office failed to enforce the lease rules and seemed to take sides with the problematic neighbors. The office did not take effective action to resolve the issues, and instead, penalized the complaining tenants.
Damage to Property and Harassment
Toni Horn reported that her property was damaged by her upstairs neighbor who constantly dropped cigarettes and joints, burning holes in her patio rug and cushions. The neighbor also engaged in loud, profane, and threatening behavior, including racial slurs and talk of shooting people. Despite multiple complaints and evidence, the leasing office failed to take meaningful action.
