After law school, he completed a prestigious clerkship with the Honorable Judge William Quincy Hayes in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Jacob now focuses exclusively on bankruptcy and financial restructuring.
*Eric Pratt* (Retired): Eric Pratt, the founder of Pratt & Maegli Law Firm, received his Juris Doctorate degree from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois in 1993, graduating cum laude. He has practiced law in Rockford, Illinois, since 1993 and has been licensed to practice in Federal Court since 1994.
