At RDLR Architects, we are a community-driven architectural firm recognized for our design excellence and outstanding project management services in the Houston area. With a 40-year history, our firm has been involved in the design of a variety of transit, commercial, educational, urban design, residential, and renovation projects, and continues to provide exceptional service to public entities including the City of Houston, Fort Bend County, Houston Airport System, METRO, HCTRA, The Harris Center, numerous ISD's, GSA, USPS, and TxDOT.
Our Team
Our Principals, Jennifer DaRos, AIA, LEED AP; Howard Merrill, AIA, LEED AP; Shane Wilson, AIA; Lorie Westrick, AIA, LEED AP; Sally Diaz, AIA, RID; and Daniel Ortiz, AIA, LEED AP, are hands-on and actively engage in our projects from inception through completion. We believe in an interactive and collaborative design process where all team members, under the guidance of Principal leadership, provide perspectives from which to draw and position our creative problem-solving. Our practice has evolved alongside discussions surrounding innovations in technology, and our Principals continue to focus on how new software, systems, and data can be used to inform design solutions that are enabled by their decades of knowledge.
