Structure and Safety
Busy Bees received criticism from one reviewer, Sung Park, who had a negative experience with the school. Park's children were scratched and bruised multiple times without receiving a report of the incident. The main teacher was unclear on what happened to their daughter, and the school had no discipline policy to correct the behavior of a disruptive child. The reviewer also expressed concern about the school's COVID-19 response, citing instances where staff did not wear masks and require kids to wear masks, only to suddenly implement mask-wearing without prior explanation.
