Waiting Time and Communication Issues
Some reviewers expressed frustration with the waiting time and communication issues. One reviewer, Jeaniece McKinley, waited for hours to be picked up and was not informed about the delay, which was particularly concerning as she had COVID-19 and had to wait outside in the rain.
Billing and Fraud Concerns
Another reviewer, Britt Rene, reported being misled about the cost of a doctor's visit and received a surprise bill of $283.00. This experience left them feeling disgusted and cheated.
Positive Experiences with Doctors and Services
On the other hand, some reviewers had positive experiences with the doctors and services provided. Twilver Earle praised the excellent service and great doctors who listened to their concerns. Pamela Vigil appreciated the comprehensive services offered at the Life Long Trust clinic, including various doctor specialties and housing assistance. To Niya M. Scott-Smith commended the professional, patient, loving, kind, and supportive staff.
