Founded by Richard Shively, a native of Franklin County, the company has grown from a one-man, one-truck operation to a thriving business with over 60 employees, a fleet of trucks and equipment, and offices in Rocky Mount, Roanoke, Martinsville, and soon-to-be Christiansburg.
