At Pelle Heating & Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the South Bay Area with quality HVAC installations and custom sheet metal work since 2002. We operate from two locations in San Jose and Morgan Hill, serving the neighborhoods of Milpitas, Santa Clara, San Jose, Almaden, Willow Glen, Morgan Hill, Campbell, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Gilroy, Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Mountain View, and Woodside.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services catering to residential and commercial clients. Our residential services include new HVAC installations, furnace replacement and repair, air conditioning add-ons and service, energy-efficient solutions consultation, clean indoor air system installation, duct system removal and installation, digital programmable thermostat installation, rain gutter replacement and repair, and HVAC service and maintenance. For our commercial clients, we offer rooftop packaged unit replacement, energy-efficient solutions consultation, systems maintenance, and tenant improvements. Additionally, we specialize in efficient living solutions, which include dual fuel hybrid systems installation, tankless water heater installation, and refrigerant reclaiming and equipment recycling. Our solar department, Pelle Solar, offers customers the opportunity to save money on their utility bills and take advantage of the federal tax credit for going solar.
