Our Office
Our office is located at 4047 Okeechobee Blvd Ste 219 West Palm Beach, FL 33409. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We accept most traditional insurance plans, and we also offer financing options through CareCredit.
Financial Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
