Leasing Information
If you're interested in leasing one of our luxury apartments or townhomes, please note the following requirements:
- Completed application form
- Application fee of $50 per person
- Hold deposit of $250, which will be transferred to the security deposit once the lease agreement is signed
- Guarantor form must be submitted for creditworthy guarantors
- Pet fee of $300 (non-refundable) for the first pet and $500 for the second pet
- Maximum weight limit of 75lbs and certain breed restrictions apply
