Unsatisfactory Experience
One customer, Khadija Jones, had a disappointing experience with HomeClean Cleaning Services. She booked a standard home cleaning service and was dissatisfied with the results, claiming that many areas were not cleaned properly. After attempting to contact the company, which ignored her requests, she wrote a review on Google including photos of the mediocre service. The company attempted to reach out to her and offer a free cleaning to make up for the inadequate service, but Khadija rejected their offer. Later, she reported that her air fryer was damaged during the cleaning, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, she received no response. Khadija ultimately had to purchase a new air fryer herself and is requesting reimbursement.
