Scheduling and Communication Issues
Some reviewers experienced issues with scheduling and communication. Princess Fenner mentioned that she was scheduled for a 8:30 AM appointment, but received a call the day before informing her that the facility no longer does half times and that she would have to come at 8 AM instead. She was also not informed about a temporary location change until she asked about it. Vicktoria Prior had a worse experience, being told that the facility takes her insurance only to find out the day before her appointment that they don't.
