Our Story
Bazin's on Church is the creation of Patrick and Julie Bazin, a dynamic duo with a shared passion for great food and service. Patrick, a veteran chef with over two decades of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our kitchens. Julie, with her keen sense of style and flair, has helped to create an inviting atmosphere that is both modern and elegant.
A Taste of Innovation
In recent years, Patrick has been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an autoimmune disorder that affects the small intestine. This journey has led Patrick to explore new culinary horizons and create innovative dishes that cater to dietary restrictions. Our menu now features a comprehensive gluten-free section, which has become a hallmark of our restaurant.
