Waiting Time
One patient experienced a long wait time of over 30 minutes, but this was attributed to the office being busy on that particular day.
Negative Experiences
However, a few patients had negative experiences, including poor bedside manner from PA Paige Wells, which made a patient feel uncomfortable and unvalued. Another patient was unhappy with the office's billing practices and felt that the terms of their Botox package were not clearly explained.
