Our story began over two decades ago when Konstantinos Sierros and Sunita Sierros, both passionate about the culinary world, decided to start a new chapter in their lives. With a combined experience of over 20 years in the industry, they set out to create a unique dining experience that would bring people together.
Our Story
Konstantinos and Sunita met at A-1 Pizza in Florence, where Konstantinos's family had been in business since 1983. Sunita, an economics major at Smith, was just starting her career, while Konstantinos was carrying on the family tradition. They fell in love with the area, and more importantly, with each other. After nearly two decades of marriage and running Florence Pizza and Paisano's Restaurant, they decided to open up a new restaurant that would showcase their love for Greek cuisine.
Our Menu
Our menu is designed to take you on a journey through the flavors and aromas of Greece. From our signature Gyro Pork to our signature dessert, Baklava, every dish is carefully crafted to tantalize your taste buds. Our pizzas are cooked in a traditional Greek brick oven, brought over from Greece, brick by brick. Our two-inch-thick lava stone ensures that every slice is cooked to perfection. With a wide range of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, we cater to everyone's tastes.
