Our Story
Urban Place, the historic site where Cork & Cap resides, has a rich history dating back to the 19th century. Once home to Lancaster Cork Works, the area has been transformed into a modern 200,000-square-foot community primed for staying, gathering, dining, working, shopping, and living. The Cork Factory Hotel and our restaurant, Cork & Cap, are proud to be part of this dynamic mixed-use community.
