Disappointing Experience
However, not all experiences with the agency have been positive. Joe DeLong expressed disappointment with the agency's lack of response to his inquiry. Despite doing extensive research and spending a significant amount on marketing and advertising, DeLong claimed that the agency never followed up on his request for market research, focus groups, and targeted advertising for a new brand launch in Myrtle Beach. He speculated that the agency may only work with national brands, but believed that responding to his inquiry would have been a professional courtesy.
