Falvo Funeral Home is a family-owned and operated funeral home that has been serving the Rochester community for over 82 years. Our story began in 1926 when Joseph Falvo founded the funeral home on Ontario Street. Over the years, we have continued to grow and evolve, but our commitment to excellence and our dedication to our community have remained unwavering.
Our Story
Falvo Funeral Home was founded in 1926 by Joseph Falvo, a man with a passion for serving others. Joseph's vision was to provide a comfortable and compassionate environment for families to say goodbye to their loved ones. He established the original location on Ontario Street, which served as the foundation for the long history of service that would follow.
In 1961, Joseph's sons, Richard and Arthur Falvo, took over the family business, continuing the legacy of excellence and compassion. Under their leadership, the funeral home expanded its services to include locations on Lake Avenue and Woodward Street.
In 1995, Richard's sons, Mark, Michael, and Chris, took the reins, bringing a new generation of leadership to the family business. In 2006, Richard J. Falvo, Chris's son, joined the family business, becoming the fourth generation of Falvos to carry on the family tradition.

We have two locations to serve you. Our Rochester location is at 1395 North Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14609. Our Webster location is at 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580. Both locations are equipped to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for families in need.
