Our Story
As a proud graduate of Oakland High School in Murfreesboro and Auburn University, I, Heather Farmer, have been affiliated with State Farm since 1989. With a background in claims, human resources, and agency, I have a deep understanding of the importance of personalized insurance services. I work with a wonderful team in fabulous Nashville, Tennessee, focusing on personal and business insurance, as well as helping policyholders who are relocating to Nashville from other parts of the country.

We have over 100 years of combined experience helping customers with their insurance and financial needs. Our team includes Trish Yates, our Office Manager, who is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville and is qualified in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, and Financial Services. We also have Jennifer Hall, our Insurance Account Representative, who is dedicated to helping customers with their insurance needs.
