Welcome to Divine Home Care, Inc., a family-run business dedicated to providing the best quality care possible for individuals in their own homes. Our mission is to compassionately care for individuals who wish to remain in their own homes, providing care, assistance, and education in a kind and respectful manner that promotes independence and dignity for each and every client.
Our Story
Our journey began in 2003, when our Administrator, Pam Brede, along with her business partner, Debra Shriver, opened our doors. Since then, we have grown to five offices in Minnesota, serving 26 counties. Our team is comprised of experienced and compassionate professionals, including our three daughters, Stephanie, Jessie, and Alison, who are all Registered Nurses and work in our offices. Our corporate office is located in Willmar, Minnesota, with additional offices in Benson, Litchfield, Little Falls, and Redwood Falls.

- Skilled Nursing (SN): Medical care and supervision provided by licensed nurses.
- Home Care Nursing (HCN): Medical care and supervision provided by licensed nurses.
- Home Health Aide: Assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Personal Care Assistance (PCA): Assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Homemaking Services: Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Therapy: Occupational, physical, and speech therapy services provided in the comfort of the client's own home.
- IV Therapy: Administered medications and IV fluids.
- Interpretive Services: Language and cultural interpretation services.
- Independent Living Skills (ILS): Training and support to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
- Companion Respite: Social interaction and companionship.
- Social Services: Counseling, education, and support services.
Hospice
We also offer hospice services, which provide compassionate care and support to individuals and their families during the final stages of life. Our hospice team includes medical professionals, as well as spiritual and emotional support services.
