Group Fitness Classes

Led by our certified trainers, our group fitness classes are designed to be adjustable to meet individual ability. We keep our class sizes limited to ensure you get the attention you need. Enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of your fellow members, raise your metabolism, and get a great workout without ever being lost in the crowd of an oversized fitness class or stuck in a long-term contract.

Personal Training

Our personal training options give you individual attention and a personalized fitness plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. Our certified trainers will work with you to create a workout plan that is efficient, effective, and tailored to your lifestyle.

Our Studio

Our studio is located in Richmond, VA, and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities. We offer a free week of unlimited group fitness classes, so you can try us out and see what we're all about.
