Positive: Many customers have reported positive experiences with Crowns Now, praising the friendly staff, affordable prices, and excellent dental care.
Negative: Some customers have reported problems with consultations, refunds, unsatisfactory dental work, poor communication, and lack of follow-up.

Problems with Consultations and Refunds

Crowns Now seems to have issues with their free consultations, as some customers have reported being charged for services they weren't expecting. James McCluney felt scammed after being told he needed deep cleaning and being charged $82.00. Jeannie Rose was told she needed to go to a specialist after being referred for a root canal.

Unsatisfactory Dental Work

Some customers have reported receiving poor dental care. David Alzate Tejada was unhappy with the crown placement and continued to experience dental pain. He felt that the office was more interested in making money than providing good customer service.

Positive Experiences

However, many customers have had positive experiences with Crowns Now. Janet Sanders praised the friendly staff and Dr. Bott's excellent care. Kimberley Tuttle commended Dr. Dickson for his help over the years. Larry Forsyth appreciated the affordable prices and friendly staff at the Greer office. Helene OHanlon raved about Dr. Bott's skills and Shannon's excellent cleaning.

Negative Customer Service

Some customers have reported poor communication and lack of follow-up. Jeannie Rose felt left in the dark about her appointment and was made to feel like she was wasting the office's time. James McCluney's refund request took several days to process, and he was told that the "free consultation" was actually a chargeable service.
