Glenrose Gardens arose from the vision of Ihsan I. Saleem, founder of Saleem & Co., a socially inspired real estate firm. Recognizing the potential for positive change in a pre-existing neighborhood built in the 1960s, the project aimed to tackle challenges of social justice and promote holistic well-being.
