Our Story
Founded by Khanh Q. Lam and Trinity Hoang in 2015, CACHET Nail Boutique originated from Khanh's vision of transforming a standard nail salon visit into an experience with friends and family within a luxurious space that entices social interactions and conversations. With clients' support and encouragement, the pair envisioned elevating the prestige of CACHET to unprecedented standards currently unavailable in Charlotte, blazing a trail in the industry to multiple locations.
Our Commitment to Health
CACHET is the model of cleanliness and hygiene. At CACHET, we care for the health of our guests, our team members, and our environment. We utilize state-of-the-art hygienic technology and equipment to protect our client's well-being and peace of mind. We also carry organic nail products. Our individual anti-microbial pedicure bowls are jet-free, tailored to deliver the highest hygienic quality. We utilize new disposable nail filers and buffers to avoid cross-contamination. Our CACHET-CLEAN sterilization lab autoclaves and sterilizes all of our equipment to meet surgical grade standards.

Our Locations
CACHET has two salon locations to provide convenient access for our valued clients. Our location at SouthPark is our flagship opened in 2017, which offers comprehensive services. Located within walking distance of Del Frisco and a short drive to the SouthPark Mall, CACHET SouthPark is a destination that will transform your experience. Our second location is nestled in the South End neighborhood. As CACHET's maiden location, CACHET South End embraces the hip and edgy feel of its surrounding.
