Our Story

Our founders, Todd Duplechan and Jessica Maher, met while honing their culinary skills in New York City. Both hailing from different parts of the country, they were drawn to the vibrant culinary scene in Austin, Texas, and saw an opportunity to create a farm-to-table restaurant that would bring people together over delicious, locally-sourced food and drinks. With their combined passion for cooking and commitment to sustainability, Todd and Jess set out to create a space that would nourish both body and soul.
