Our story began over two decades ago when our founder, Seiji "Ike" Ikemizu, a native of Tokunoshima, Japan, brought his passion for traditional Japanese cuisine to the United States. With a career spanning over four decades, Ike's journey has taken him from Tokyo to New York and eventually to South Florida, where he established his second restaurant in Pembroke Pines in 2014.
