Our story began over two decades ago, when Chef Tom Colicchio, then at the helm of Gramercy Tavern, reflected on his favorite food - morels. He dreamed of a restaurant that would allow diners to experience the simplicity and elegance of seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Since our inception, we have been dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and service. Our menu is designed to showcase the best of what each season has to offer, with dishes that are both familiar and innovative. Our commitment to using only the freshest ingredients has earned us numerous accolades, including the James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant nationwide in 2002 and three stars from the New York Times.
