Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. Meet our owner/operator, Mike Lee, who brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. With a degree in Hospitality Management, Mike has worked with some of the top establishments in Kansas City. As our Executive Chef, Robert Padilla, has a long-standing vision to create a work environment where cooks can create authentic food from scratch. Our Events Manager, Erin Dolan, has earned a reputation for impeccably coordinating and executing all styles of events, from business meetings to lavish weddings.

At Trezo Mare, we're committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint. We source our ingredients from local farmers and sustainable farming practices. We also recycle or compost over 85% of our waste, and are members of the "Fred Project, " which promotes transparency in coverage.
