Unpleasant Experience
Some reviewers had a poor experience at Black Canyon. Annie Lets Go Places, who gave the restaurant a 1-star rating, reported that the front desk receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. According to Annie, the receptionist didn't answer her call and then didn't take her order because it was after 15 minutes before closing time. Adding insult to injury, the receptionist claimed she was in the bathroom. Tavid Markarian, who gave the restaurant a 2-star rating, mentioned that the food was served under a heat lamp for too long, leading to some delays. Although these issues were problematic, it's worth noting that they were not the majority of reviews at Black Canyon.
