Our journey began in August 1991 when we opened our doors as an antique store, named after Casper the white German shepherd that was a faithful companion in those early days. Over the years, we transformed into the eclectic restaurant you see today, known for our unique decor, creative menu items, and a warm staff.
We are deeply rooted in the Ivanhoe Village, a hip and bohemian district known for its colorful artist community. Our location is only minutes away from downtown Orlando, Winter Park, and many shops and services, including museums, theaters, and local wine bars. We are committed to this community, which has adopted us as one of its own.
