Unacceptable Experience with Ed
One reviewer, Kristy Key, had a negative experience with Ed, a cello teacher. She waited a year to share her review, not wanting to be emotional. However, she felt compelled to share her story after Ed was extremely rude and short to her child during a lesson. The reviewer sat outside the room and could hear every word, and her child confirmed the experience, feeling shamed and made to feel stupid. The reviewer was shocked by this behavior, especially since they thought Ed was pleasant and friendly initially. They discovered that Ed was not knowledgeable about cellos, and their next tutor and school orchestra teacher had to reteach their daughter proper techniques.
Positive Experiences with Music Teachers
On the other hand, multiple reviewers have had positive experiences with music teachers Alicia and Ed. Many reviewers praised Alicia's kindness, patience, and ability to make learning fun. Ed was also commended for his gentle and encouraging teaching style. Reviewers praised the studio for being affordable, knowledgeable, and flexible.
Negative Experiences with Ed
The negative experience with Ed was centered around his behavior towards a student, which was unacceptable. The reviewer felt that he was not knowledgeable about cellos and that his teaching methods were poor, requiring another teacher to fix.
