Founded in 2004 by David Schmidt and Mike Schwartz, Built by Design was born out of a shared dream to break free from the corporate mold and pursue a more creative and fulfilling path. With over 25 years of combined experience in the construction industry, our co-owners brought their expertise to the table, crafting a unique approach to residential remodeling that prioritizes quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
