Naperville Center
We are excited to announce the opening of our new Naperville Senior Day Center! This new center offers a range of services, including adult day care, senior day care, and senior wellness programs.
About the Community Care Program
The Illinois Department on Aging's Community Care Program (CCP) helps senior citizens (aged 60+), who might otherwise need nursing home care, to remain in their own homes by providing in-home and community-based services. Who is eligible for the CCP program? Seniors who are at risk of institutional care and are in need of additional support to maintain their independence are eligible for the program.
