Rental Rates and Terms
We offer competitive rental rates, with rates ranging from $1,575.00 to $1,675.00 (based on an annual lease). Our terms are straightforward: a minimum rental term of one year, with security deposits starting at $500.00 (depending on income and credit score). Please note that prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Qualifying Requirements
To qualify for residency, applicants must demonstrate a minimum of one year's gainful employment, a minimum monthly income of $3,600.00 (with proof of pay stubs for the last three months), a minimum credit score of 550, and a debt ratio of no more than 30% of their income. We may not accept applicants with a credit history indicating problems with timely payments or those with a debt ratio exceeding 30%. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our community.
