Our Team
Our team is led by Dr. Proctor, the founder, owner, and sole practitioner of our practice. Dr. Proctor is dedicated to providing the best possible care for his patients, and he is committed to making sure each child has a positive experience. Our team is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team has expanded duty dental assistant certification, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.
Office Photos and Hours
We are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We have a convenient scheduling system, and we strive to schedule appointments at your convenience. We also have a policy of requiring a parent or legal guardian to be present for their child's dental appointment.
Insurance and Payment
We believe that caring for your child's teeth should not become a financial burden for you. We accept most insurance carriers, and we have payment plans available for those who need them. We also accept major credit cards and financing options are available through CareCredit.
New Patients
We welcome new patients and are excited to meet you and your child. We recommend that you bring your child in by their first birthday, and we have a special first visit program designed to introduce your child to our office and our team. During your first visit, you will be introduced to Dr. Proctor and his experienced team, given an office tour, and discuss your child's unique smile and ways to keep it healthy and beautiful.
Disappointing Experience
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with their experiences at Dr. Proctor's pediatric dental office. Tiffany Boston gave a 1-star review, stating that she was extremely dissatisfied with the care her 4-year-old daughter received. Despite the dentist's initial diagnosis of only one cavity, further treatment revealed that her daughter had three additional cavities, which required crowns. Boston's daughter was terrified of the experience and refused to return to the dentist. Katie Williams also gave a 1-star review, claiming that her child experienced pain after having six cavities filled. She was also unhappy with the office's secretarial staff, who she felt were pressuring her to take better care of her child's teeth.

However, Carly Markell had a fantastic experience at the same office. She gave a 5-star review, raving about the staff's kindness, patience, and professionalism. Markell's 3-year-old child was especially well-cared for, with the dentist nurse lady going out of her way to make her comfortable during a difficult X-ray procedure.
