Several customers have mentioned the clinic's excellent communication skills. Ashlea Mull praised Dr. Kaitlin for being "sweet and caring" and for responding quickly to emails, even on weekends. Rebecca Ashcraft appreciated Dr. Kailin Stahl's prompt phone call with an update and a course of action after her visit.
Employee Conduct
However, one customer, Mohammed Ghuraibawi, expressed disappointment with the clinic's professionalism, citing an embarrassing encounter with one of the employees, Nicol. He felt disrespected and believes that the employees need training to improve their customer service skills.
