Our Team
Our management team consists of experienced professionals who have spent years refining their craft. Our founder, Mo Elkurdi, has over 30 years of combined experience in the industry and has worked with renowned brands such as Toni & Guy and TIGI. Mo's passion for education and team leadership has enabled him to build a talented and dedicated team of stylists.
Jessica Strong, our Salon Director and Senior Technical Creative Director, has over 27 years of experience in the industry. She is a certified TIGI Educator and has traveled extensively to share her expertise with other salons. Meanwhile, Brooke Cavanagh, our Salon Director and Technical Director, holds a dual license as an operator and cosmetology educator. She brings over 10 years of experience to the table, specializing in blonding techniques and an array of coloring methods.
Stylists
Our team of stylists is made up of talented professionals who have spent years honing their skills. Laura Boyce, our Creative Director, has over 30 years of experience and is renowned for her elegant updos. Shae Walker, our Art Director, has quickly built a loyal client base since joining our team in 2017. Amanda Torres, our Art Director, is a recent graduate of Paul Mitchell the School in Houston and has already made a name for herself in the industry. Lastly, Mia Martinez, our Technical Creative Director, has over 19 years of experience and has been with us since our inception in 2010.
