Pet Policy
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. We require a $200 pet fee and a $200 deposit. A second $200 pet fee is required for second pet. Pet rent each month is $10.00 per pet, per month. Weight limit of 55 lbs. Please check with the office for a list of restricted breeds.
