Our Story
Our story began with the love story of Joseph and Stephanie Borras, the owners of two salons in Tallahassee. In 2010, Joe's daughter Tiffany attended the AVEDA institute, where she introduced her father to her instructor, Stephanie. The rest, as they say, is history. The couple's shared dream was to open a salon that embodied their values of love, care, and beauty. And so, Soleil 7 Hair Salon was born - a place where guests could come to relax, rejuvenate, and rediscover their inner beauty.
