Our Team

Led by Executive Chef Eric Michael, a Kansas native with over 15 years of culinary experience, our kitchen team creates thoughtful yet approachable dishes with a focus on seasonal ingredients from local farmers. This emphasis on local products not only supports our community but also ensures the highest quality ingredients for our dishes.

Taylor Tantillo, our Director of Food & Beverage, is a Kansas City native and Certified Sommelier. With a passion for hospitality and creating meaningful experiences, Taylor curates an innovative and engaging beverage program, featuring a wide selection of wines, spirits, and craft cocktails designed to complement and enhance our dining experience.

Our Bar Manager, Van Zarr, is a highly experienced bartender with over 20 years of experience. He leads our beverage team in creating exceptional cocktails using classic techniques and innovative touches, incorporating locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Our Services

At The Savoy, we offer an array of services designed to cater to various occasions and preferences:

  • Dinner: We serve dinner Tuesday through Sunday, from 5pm to 11pm, offering an ever-evolving and interesting menu featuring local, seasonal flavors.
  • Brunch: Join us every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-1pm for brunch at The Savoy. Choose from a variety of sweet and savory options, as well as caffeinated and boozy beverages to suit your preference.
  • Happy Hour: From Tuesday to Friday, 5pm-6:30pm, enjoy discounted drinks and special menu offerings during our happy hour.
  • Industry Night: Every night is Industry Night, where industry friends receive a 20% discount during Dinner hours.
  • Hotel In-Room Dining: For the convenience of our hotel guests, we provide dining services from Tuesday-Sunday, 5pm-10pm, right in the comfort of your hotel room.
  • Private Dining: The Savoy is proud to partner with 21c Museum Hotel for extraordinary events. Our art-filled event space, coupled with customizable catering from The Savoy's culinary team, makes for an unforgettable experience for any occasion.
  • Art in The Savoy: Our restaurant features a stunning sculptural installation, Super Catcher, Vast Array, by artist Albert Paley. Inspired by Native American dream catchers, this hanging installation embodies the rich history and forward-looking vision of The Savoy.
