Unprofessional and Poor Service
Karnicsha Miller's worst experience at a dentist started with a confirmation call, where the receptionist hung up on her mid-question. The appointment was rescheduled, but the receptionist forgot to send a reminder. At the office, the staff was friendly, but the dentist and dental assistant seemed disinterested.
