Our Story
Chef Jonathan's journey to becoming a chef is a long and winding one, filled with twists and turns that ultimately led him to Oklahoma City. Growing up in a family of foodies, Jonathan was always fascinated by the culinary arts. Though his background was not initially in the culinary field, he discovered his passion for cooking while touring the country as an audio engineer. The exposure to different cultures and cuisines sparked a fire inside him, and he devoted himself to becoming a chef. After years of staging with prominent chefs, Jonathan settled in Oklahoma City to open Patrono, bringing with him the skills and knowledge to craft authentic Italian cuisine that is both elegant and comfortable.
