Flooring Design Associates, Inc., a family-run business, has been assisting customers since 1984 to transform their houses into homes or refresh their homes to complement their current lifestyle. Our philosophy is to be the leading Design Center Partner who provides an experience second to none, with a state-of-the-art studio built upon operational excellence, and a team of professionals where integrity and customer satisfaction are the ultimate goal.
Our Services
We specialize in a wide variety of products that include hardwood, stone, tile, carpet, vinyl floor coverings, and solid surface counter tops. We have extensive experience installing these products with homebuilders, general contractors, and developers, and have an in-house warranty program to support our products and installations. Our vast experience allows us to be a part of the finished product in production, custom, and semi-custom homes, multi-family units, restoration, and remodel projects, as well as commercial tenant finish.
Our Expertise
We have helped to create award-winning projects in the Parade of Homes, including a "First Place" award in a 2008 Solterra "Built Green" home. In addition, we participated in the HGTV Green Home at Stapleton in 2011. Our team of professionals has the expertise and knowledge to guide you through the entire process, from take-offs through warranty or anything in between. We believe in long-term relationships with our builders, general contractors, and clientele by providing a full-service solution.
Our Studio
Flooring Design's Studio boasts a Gallery environment with areas designed for interruption-free consultation from our experienced in-house Design Consultants. Our consultants' goal is to provide guidance and direction to each and every client to achieve the design of their dreams within their reach. The Studio also provides a clean, crisp environment to promote creative thinking without competition from vignettes, displays, and other intrusive fixtures, yet provides an abundance of products to choose from.
