Futral Chiropractic Center, located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, is a full-service chiropractic clinic dedicated to providing exceptional and honest comprehensive care. Our clinic was established by Dr. John Futral, a second-generation chiropractor who was raised in the Verde Valley area. Dr. Futral attended Northern Arizona University and Parker College of Chiropractic, where he earned his Bachelor's of Science and a second Bachelor's degree in Anatomy. After his graduation, he moved back to Yavapai County with his wife, Stephanie, to enjoy the small-town atmosphere and the abundant outdoor activities.

We believe in providing our patients with the highest level of care, and we do not take unnecessary x-rays to sell long-term expensive treatment. X-rays are only taken if medically indicated, and patients typically receive treatment on their first visit.

We understand that every patient's schedule is different, which is why we have a strict office policy of little to no waiting for every patient. We do not double book our patients, and we ensure that each patient has their own appointment time. Our clinic is designed to ensure the privacy of our patients, and we have private treatment rooms.

We provide affordable care for patients without insurance, and we are contracted providers with many insurance companies. Our clinic is a contracted provider with BCBS PPO, Gilsbar, Ran Am Benefit Options, Cigna PPO, United Health Care PPO, SCF of Arizona, Yavapai Combined Trust, Arizona Foundation Medicare (no advantage programs), Bridgeway (must have PCP referral), and Phoenix Health Plan (must have PCP referral), among others. We also accept auto and work injury cases and will help you complete all the necessary insurance paperwork and file a claim with the responsible insurance company.
