We manage over 100 different locations near UW Madison, including the Camp Randall Area, University Heights, Kohl Center, Vilas, and the Edgewood College area. Our properties are well-maintained and feature unique amenities such as porches, balconies, yards, decks, basements, rec rooms, and sometimes usable attics.
Group Rentals
We specialize in large group rentals, offering many very large houses. This allows for rent savings on a per person basis when compared to a smaller group of tenants in a smaller unit.
Move-In, Move-Out
Unlike many other property management companies, our lease starts and ends on August 15th. This means you won't have to worry about being left homeless for days while you move in or move out. Our goal is to make your transition as smooth as possible.
