At our practice, we are fortunate to have two of the most experienced and skilled oral surgeons in the industry. Dr. Patrick Lucaci and Dr. Ryan George are both highly trained and qualified to perform a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures. Dr. Lucaci specializes in dental implants, jaw surgery, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and laser surgery. He is also certified to provide emergency care for facial traumas and treatments for sleep apnea. Dr. George, on the other hand, focuses on providing full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, and corrective jaw surgery.

Patient Experiences
Two out of three authors experienced negative interactions with the office staff, particularly Darla in the billing department. Despite having a positive experience with the doctor's skills and the initial consultation, patients Amy Wildeman and P. Fry encountered significant issues with communication, billing, and customer service.
Communication Issues
Patients reported difficulty in clarifying the payment plan and understanding the insurance coverage. Both authors expressed frustration with Darla's responses, describing her as short, sharp, and rude. The billing department's lack of transparency and failure to pre-cert the insurance payment contributed to the frustration.
Financing and Insurance
The office's payment policy, which required 60% upfront payment, was perceived as extreme and unfair. Patients felt that the office did not take into account their insurance coverage and the actual maximum out-of-pocket amount. Both authors had to pay significantly more than expected, leading to a negative experience.
Lack of Customer Service
Patients felt disrespected and disenchanted with the office's customer service. They received minimal help and were forced to escalate issues to the doctor's personal phone number to resolve problems. Authors Amy Wildeman and P. Fry ultimately decided to cancel their appointments and switched to a different oral surgeon due to the poor experience.
Quality of Care
Despite the negative experiences, Dr. Lucaci's skills and patient care were praised by both authors. However, the poor customer service and billing practices overshadowed the positive aspects of the care received.
