Our owner, Derek Lisabeth, has a passion for the residential construction industry. With a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University, Derek has spent his life in and out of the construction industry. From working for his parent's home building company to managing the construction of over 500 homes, he has developed a keen sense of efficiency, scheduling, and project management.
