At Pilot Brewing, we're a small, woman-owned brewery with a passion for crafting unique, high-quality beers. Our mission is to produce exceptional beers that showcase our creativity and expertise. Our Story
Pilot Brewing was founded by Rachael Hudson, a professional brewer with over 6 years of experience working with top-notch breweries like Hardywood Park, Left Hand, and NoDa Brewing Company. Alongside her husband Jeff, a professional pilot and avid homebrewer, they set out to create a brewery that would focus on small batch, experimental beer production. Our nanobrewery, with its 3-barrel Pilot system and half-barrel "Co-Pilot" system, allows us to push the boundaries of craft beer, brewing original recipes that blend traditional and experimental styles.
