Billing Issues and Deceitful Practices
The reviewers have expressed concerns about the billing practices of the dental office. Two reviewers, Ben W. and Brian Gilbert, reported being overcharged and deceived about the costs of their treatments. They claimed that the office provided them with a treatment plan with specified costs, but later charged them more than expected. When they tried to discuss the issue with the office, they were met with resistance and refusal to work with them.
