At Cross Winds Animal Clinic, our mission is to provide the highest quality pet care available, from a place that still treats you like family. Since 1990, we have grown into a successful six doctor practice serving the East Valley, combining outstanding client service, a family atmosphere, and the highest quality pet care available.
Our Services
Our services include annual wellness, puppy and kitten packages, spays, neuters, dental care, digital radiology, ultrasound, daytime emergency services, in-house laboratory, in-house pharmacy, microchipping, and general and advanced surgeries. Our team of experienced veterinarians and technicians are dedicated to providing your pets with the best possible care, and our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience for both you and your pets.
Our History
The first Cross Winds location was opened on October 5th, 1993, and was located on the Southeast corner of Gilbert Road and Baseline. We remained in that location until our move to the Lakeview Center at Morrison Ranch on November 19th, 2013. Our founder, Dr. Sheryl Roach, graduated from Kansas State University in May of 1990 and worked as an associate veterinarian in Chandler before deciding to open her own practice in Gilbert, Arizona.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff who are dedicated to providing your pets with the highest quality care. Our veterinarians, Dr. Sheryl Roach, Dr. Kris H., Dr. Hannah Belle M., Dr. Jessica D., Dr. Sydney K., and Dr. Sam C., have many years of combined experience in veterinary medicine and are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in pet care. Our technicians, Cindy M., John W., Victoria L., Logan M., Sophie W., Jasmyn T., Adam K., Lexie R., and Kylee T., are highly trained and skilled in their roles, and our practice manager, Christal P., ensures that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Exceptional Care and Service
The majority of reviewers have had overwhelmingly positive experiences with Cross Winds Animal Clinic, expressing gratitude for the exceptional care and service provided by the staff and veterinarians. Reviewers praise the clinic's friendly and knowledgeable staff, prompt and caring service, and competitive pricing. Many reviewers have been going to the clinic for years and have referred friends and family to them.

Poor Experience
However, there were two reviewers who had negative experiences. Joy Schopp reported feeling taken advantage of, with her dog being charged $1100 to keep her alive despite being in advance stages of congestive heart failure, and Emily M. expressed frustration with multiple subpar experiences, including incorrect information, errors with medication, and poor communication.
